Product Returns

  • In the event of a mistake by our company, the products are returned accompanied by a Delivery Note and a Credit Invoice is issued by us.
  • In the event that the product has a defect, a replacement is made in consultation with our company.
  • Returns and replacements are accepted by email at sales@globus.com.gr or by phone at 23940 61482 and only if the products are unused and in their original packaging.
  • In the event that the return is not made within the time period (7) of seven calendar days from the day of receipt, or if any of the return conditions are not met, b2b.globus.com.gr has the right not to accept the return of the products .

Product Shipments

As long as the returns department of b2b.globus.com.gr has been contacted, pack and send the package with the product with the same transport company that delivered it to you. The package is accompanied by your Shipping Note. Inside the package you will have placed a note informing us of the problem that has arisen with the returned product.

If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, you can call 23940 61482 and one of our associates will take care of canceling your order.
